I got rejection due to insufficient funds the statements I have sent were same account once and mistakenly sent them
Now I have sent the correct documents for reconsideration what is the chance that they will reconsider the documents are genuine and they are correct at the time of submission it is a human error which lead to this.
Will they reconsider the with new documents.
seniors and Qorax and senior member  please advise.
Thanks

Hi

Its really upto the visa officer now and depends what documents you have sent with your reasons and how strong those reasons are if you have sent the new bank statement showing the balance of required amount from the date you submitted full docs then there is a chance that vo reopen your case but if your just deposite the funds recently then chances are very low but its really upto the vo discretion and also they dont really open the cases if they think its the applicant mistake if they see that visa officer had made a mistake then they do reopen it on request but normally they dont.

Yogi, after rejection there are very thin chances that VO will consider your case, but no harm trying
All the best

no take any lawyer or hire consultant just you waist your money, just try your self harder if you are right and they made a mistake they reopen your case but if they are right they never look at your file again, please dont waist your money.

My Application is rejected saying in sufficient funds and it is due sending two copies of the same Deposit statement when sending documentation for Proof of funds.
I have already sent the documents to CIC along with a letter to reconsider wanted to check your openion on it.
Please advice.
Yogi

U may send-in a 'mercy plea' enclosing the updated bank statements... however, the outcome of it'd entirely remain @ the VO's hands. Even if something positive comes-up -- U r looking @ 4-6 months delay.
