NY consulate replied today (one month delayed... I thought they'll never reply my last email):
Your file is not yet complete. Mandatory checks are being conducted. We under your concerns, however it is not yet ready for finalization. Once completed we will notify you.
CLARE2012, How did you know your file is in NYVO? When was your file transferred to NYVO? What is your timeline? Thanks |

Hi MC_CA, Thank you. I think we all will get the PPR one day. It is just a matter of time... I remember one of my friends who is also PNP applicant with similar qualification to me sent her file 4 months later than me however got PPR in Jan, 2012. While I felt happy for her but also felt unfair for me at that time... But sometimes waiting is also a way to expect more... and maybe there are more good things for us who are waiting. Just be patient and think positive.  |

I sent an email to Buffalo and then they replied they transferred my file to NYVO at the same day. I am a March 2011 applicant. AOR Sep 2011. In process May 2012. |

Me and Sharuu are also March applicants, and we are also waiting for PPR. It appears that March applicants are the last to be processed for all 2011 applicants. As April applicants received their PPR, I believe we are going to receive it soon. |

My case is different since I missed AOR for 7 months... So I have nobody else to blame but myself  But maybe it is the same even if I didn't miss the AOR. Who knows.. |

2 people from Ottawa went to In Process, 2 months from the time they receive your file and one of them has been given 30 days to submit a document. It seems the new due date is 1 month from that time. I think it can be said 3 months from the time ottawa receives your file you can expect a decision. When did ottawa receive your file? |
