Application Received March/April/May 2011 Waiting For PPR

MY ECASE IS DECISION MADE.THEY SAID THEY HAVE MAILED ME A LATTER IN FEB 2012 BUT I DID NOT RECEIVED ANY LATTER YET.MY STATUS IS THIS

NOW HOW I CAN GET THAT LATTER WHICH THEY SENT TO ME.
AND WHAT COULD BE IN THAT LATTER.

Hey there, did you apply as a Provincial Nominee under the Skilled Worker category? Or did you apply as a Federal Skilled Worker? If you applied as  Federal Skill Worker then I would suggest that you post this question in the Skilled Worker section. Your issue is very case specific and there are applicants in that section who have a good knowledge of these matters and they will be able to give you advice.

Congrats sask...That was a long time coming!

Your passport being changed shouldnt be a problem...as long as it is valid which it is. Staple both passports together and write them a note clarifying it.

Thanks Saka and thanks guys for the support and advice. The passports have just been sent, I didn't want to wait until Saturday. I secured the two passports with a rubber band and placed them in a large brown envelope and placed that inside an Xpresspost USA envelope. I was originally going to send it just by regular mail but I didn't want anyone else seeing the File Number on the envelope so I decided to keep that secured inside the Xpresspost.
The only thing with Seattle is that the only commercial courier mail that they return mails with is FedEx but I didn't have an account opened with FedEx so it's just going to be sent back to me by First Class US mail. So that's my current update about the PPR, and I hope I can just wait for the four weeks without any worries.

Security: not started
Criminality : in progress
Medical passed: passed

Status: not started


This all stuff moving all over the place. I dunno what that means....n As I told you guys before, I have no access to E-cas from the day one..

So, I need your advise at this point. Shoud I e-mail them regarding this..jus standard e-mail or e-mail to the manager over there.?

Same here. I am a 2011 March applicant. My gcms shows same stuff.

Just wondering , Do u guys think that Buffalo Transfers the files to other Offices, After the Criminality Check has been completed ... I would think so ..

Hmmmm..As far as I know if it says not started sometimes it means it is not required.. Do u see any updates aftr jan 27??

Let me give you some pointers which are actually not in your GCMS Notes... Your eligibility is passed because you applied through PNP. The issue here is that your file might have not been touched since meds were received, pending background check. The VO gives you a new BF Date and when he sees no Background Check he gives another date so therefore the file moves on but it does not get updated. That is the only thing pending at this point.

So very likely May should be our BF date as well .. M calculating 90 days difference aftr ecas ws updated to meds received in oct.

Did u order GCMS again or when ws the last time to u asked for status update coz as far as I noe we are the only ones left with no updates or transfer!!

The last reply I got was 1 month ago and that file is under review. Its now 14 months for me without a word, so dont know! I am looking at april applicants getting some word about transfers so you shall be hearing soon too

Yeah I got mine transferred on the 24th of April , Not too sure what to expect, But i guess any movement is good i Guess
