Nope just included passport, photos and note with height and eye color. I did however put my file number on the envelope

That's for Province to Federal stage. I dont think the ppr stage need that. I put on the white stick (File#) instead. Cheesy

Got my PPR on Monday, and sent my passport copies away yesterday.

Rather happy!

I don't know how it happened. My rep emailed Buffalo as an enquiry, but it was about 6 months post-medical FYI.

Received the returned pp and COPR after 9 Business day Grin. Canada Post almost lost my package! Canada Lost!!! Angry
