application ready, but.......

Dear All,

my final application is ready, but i still haven't received the AOR and 120 day letter through post, whereas positive e-mail had already received from CIO. So i should wait for post or dispatch the application package with hard-copy of the e-mail received.
How should i dispatch the package to CHC, New Delhi from Punjab- by courier or speed post.
Please suggest the care-points, which i should carefully do, while preparing the application for dispatch.

I will greatly appreciate, a quick response.

positive e-mail means i had received AOR and 120 day letter from CIO, NS. I got this e-mail from CIO, NS on 30th Sep'2009 and the had mentioned my file number and said to submit complete application within 120 days to CHC, New Delhi.

Go ahead and submit the papers.. along with the copy of the email and file number...
I am not sure you need to wait for the postal copy of the mail..
If email says submit papers.. do so..

no need to wait for POST to arrive.  E-MAIL is the AOR you have been waiting for.  You might NOT get the post even if you wait for ages.
Go ahead - zip your docs, and zap them to your CHC.  All the very best.
