Quick question.

My friend applied to AINP - US visa holder category under Software engineer.
Application reached to edmonton on 19th may. Unfortunately software engineer has been removed from AINP Occupations under Pressure List on the same day itself.

AINP is gonna consider his application as per old rules ?

Yes, as long as the application was post marked on or before May 19th it will be evaluated against the old rules which had those NOCs.
