application re sent by CIC isnot delivered

Hi

 My application from CIC has been sent back to me for some correction on 10th May and I haven't yet received that.

How do they send the application back, via ordinary post or registered post? Is there any identification number on the post which is needed to track that in postal service?

If once the application is sent back, are the DD and the transcripts included in that?

I asked CIC for the number, but no response yet.

CIC sends it by regular post. Needs upto 2 months at times. There's no tracking number as it is not sent by courier.
