Application question - family members

My partner and I have a daughter together that was born in canada, she has dual citizenship so I am confused as to where in my aplication I need to include her! Do I need to just provided her birth certificate as proof of having a child with my partner?

She is not included in the application, but is listed on the IMM 5406
