I have seen in the cic website that applications filed before june 2010 are taking around 11 months. I want to know these 11 months are from which date; when the initial application to CIO Sydney was sent or from when complete documents were sent to CHC New Delhi and 2nd AOR received ?

Kindly clarify ....

THanks

Well if this is true, then people who filed the application before 2008 will take around 10 years, because they have not even received the initial file number or document request. First, they will receive documents request and then they will send complete documents and then they will get the 2nd AOR and then long wait for 82 months (as per the current processing times) Huh

the processing time mentioned in their websites are averages of the 80% cases.....so there are lots of variations on case to case basis...but anticipate your processing time to be anywhere between 14 to 18 months it its a straight forward application without any hitches in there...............
