is there any opportunity to check if my application sent on 13Apr and reached to CIO at 18APR falls into the cap of NOC0631 ? 
As on 19Apr it was already reached the top 1000

It is more likely that 631 reached the cap before the 18th of April. Sorry about that.
Not that we have a clear pic about the exact date. But if they received your file on the 18th it will take them 5-7 days before they open it to process....which means probably this Thursday or next Tuesday (easter vacation is in the middle    )
You will know better if you see if they will en-cash your BD or charge your CC in the next 2 weeks.

You can look for other ways to immigrate. Or look at Quebec, or an arranged employment, or...  you get the picture. Unless you want to wait to see if 631 will be on the new list of July '11.

I am also on the borderline. My application reached there on 15th April'11. Not sure if I am in the list. Let us see. Probably I'll come to know in next couple of days if my DD is encashed or not. Finger crossed.

have patients guy's as off 5th April it was 926   , as per my information even if it reaches late they are about to announce the requirement by 30 june 2011 again for this code.  

They might keep the application for the time being....

  It is moving .... 2nd AOR is still awaited ...  but it took me 9 months to prepare the papers with no time all day...

Yea Thalia.....as far as I understand through the tracker spreadsheet , BD encashment time is 5 to 7 days after receiving the application at CIO. That means they might be starting the process of looking at file very first or second day. Hopefully my calculation becomes right

All the documents are returned using normal post. So it can be up to 2-3 months. Hoping that it takes a lot sooner, but that's what I see from others...

But will they give any prior notice or email that receive the package and sending back? or it will be done without any notice and opening the package ?

I don't think they will e-mail you cause of cap reached. First you will receive your BD (if that's the way you paid). The rest of the documents will come later with the post.

it was CC authorization form, so no way to know  in that case ??
