Application pack sent back

Hi,
  Can any one help me? My application sent back saying that i have given incomplete information in addressed stayed upto now.
I have written instead of present , jan 2011-jul 2011 when i sent the pack ?
Should i write Jan 2011-present in the application and send it back?

Yeah you should write that. Add "Present" to your present address.

Are you sure that is the only piece of information missing?

Are there any gaps in dates?

Do you list all the addresses you lived at since your 18th birthday?

Like Jes ON said, review your application thoroughly, there's probably some crucial information missing. In address, I did not put -present and my application was not returned. Buffalo received my application on the 22nd of June and this month I received my medical request and aor.

  Thank you, actually this is only information is missing, they marked it on my application and sent me this back.

I have also put all my addresses starting from my 18th birthday
