Hi All,

I have applied my immigration on Sep 2006 i got my file no on Oct 2006. On April 2007 my application is moved to seattle. I got mail saying that to submit for IELTS and i submitted recently i enquired about my visa status they said its pending review. Can any one tell me is that they approved my IA or yet to approve? If any one faced the similar scenario can you please tell what exactly they do in the pending review and how long it will take for IA.

Your answers are highly appreciated.

Regards

Being moved to Seattle means absolutely nothing.  Lately they have moved some files from Buffalo to Seattle, probably to even out the workload.  I do not know if "pending review" is a secret code for something immigration is doing.  Sounds to me like they are just still working on it.
