I did the same mistake too. I picked open work permit instead of TWP. Can you please share the NewYork visa office fax number ? I will fax them too.. Appreciate your response..

It's my first time to apply for a work permit that's why I got confused with the choices. And they actually changed the form because last year my friend told me that she filled the form manually but this year it's electronically filled. I really hope we get through..

Be sending my aplication here in UAE(abu dhabi), my cousins just sent their aplications this week at embasy in makati, they where also confused with others and open work permit. When i read this i asked them to changed it to others.

It's good buddy that they were able to change it before sending it to the embassy. I've only realized my mistake after 2 weeks so I hope the IO that will review my application will be a little liberate about it. What job did you apply in Canada?
