Application lodged - NOC 7216

Dear friends,
 I lodged my application today, A to Z everything included and sent through aramex. want to thank all those who helped me in compiling it on each and evry point where i needed help. As per aramex it will be delivered latest by 31st May, so believe i am not that late. Only poit that worries me now is that the bank certification letter that i have produced is of CAD 30000, which i got after borrowing money from friends and putting in my account. Now after returning the borrowed money, the balance has gone substantially down BUT i can bring it back to almost same state or even more by the 1st week of july'11 (i have to dispose off some property). Just want to know that how likely is it that CIO may verify my bank certification letter during the month that i need to pass, ie upto 1st week of july having balance much lower that what reflected in the letter.Please suggest or i should try and make it as quick as possible.Thanks
