Application in Process What Next?

My application status says:-

'In Process'

We received your application for permanent residence on November 5, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 22, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on November 14, 2011.

I have been asked for medical, original Passports, Visa fees, PCC and documents and photographs that establish relationship with spouse... which I have submitted all on 5th December...

Can anyone advice what would be the next procedure and an estimate of how much time?

May i know how many days it took for you to recieve the medicals,,after that third line was added in your e-cas,ie,Your application was reviewed and we started processing on November 14, 2011,,,, Sad

Actually 1st the mail came in with covering letter demanding all the documents, medical forms, dmp list & details regarding fees & medical... & within 4 to 5 days status changed....
