Application in Process

Hi Everyone, I'm new here.  I am sponsoring my wife to come to Quebec we have been accepted by Canadian Government but now our application is in the hand of MICC, and still waiting !

My question is can me and my family still come to Quebec with our application is in progress.  My wife is british and I know that she can stay up till 6 months, the only problem being is that my job is only go to last another 4 months.

Any help is welcome, also does anyone know how long it takes for the paperwork to come from quebec?
