Hello,

I currently have my FSW3 PR application in process (if you can call this long wait in process) at the Buffalo VO.

I am married to a Canadian Citizen and she is giving birth to our child in the beginning of this coming July.

Would I still have to add the new baby to my application, even though she will be a Canadian-born citizen?  How exactly does all of that work?

Also, any chance the VO will take that into consideration when decisioning or speeding up my application?

Send a cover letter stating that your wife just had a baby, include a new copy of your additional family information form including the baby and include a copy of the birth certificate.  It shouldn't really affect the speed of your processing though.
