Do I need to include the checklist (Form 5443) along with the application?
yes
The checklist asks for joint account info for common law partners, but if we are applying as spousal sponsorship, would it help or would we NEED or not need the information on Joint account.
it would help to prove your relationship is genuine and long lasting.
At the end of the questionnaire where it asks for additional information that would help prove that our commitments are genuine etc, what else would help prove that we are genuine? like deposits for upcoming banquets, receipts for purchasing celebration of engagement, civil ceremony? etc?
letters to each other, photos of you too doing life stuff or just hanging out, wedidng photos, cards, emails, phone records, anything with both your names on it,anything tying you two together before and after marriage.
Thank You PMM and Members.
Confused.
ok thats my two cents worth, but note i am not an immigration expert and i would verify my answers before setting them in stone, just trying to help. I got the photo part from another forum i belong to so its not my original thoughts, but the person who post it is very knowlegable. Hope it helps a little.
