I am a july 2011 applicant and i have received my first aor this week. The problem is i have lost the application forms photocopy that i had sent to cio. Please tell me how important are those application forms and will i need them at VO stage.

App. Filed.......: 19 sep-2011 and returned at 6th December due to cap reached of 3131

after 1st july 2011, the documents are advised to sent for only one time, only the cic will  sent the copy of the forms to vo
