I don't know what should I write (fill out)
Please help me to fill out!

form page 1, F:YOUR POST SECONDARY EDUCATION

Should I write about in Canada or my own country?
Is it ok to write of the short term training? (for example, such as CPI or CPR)

form page 2, E:YEARS OF FORMAL APPRENTICESHIP/TRAINING

Can I write of the total years of "F"?

Hey - I've just done an outland application and this sounds kind of similar, but correct me if I'm wrong and the questions you're looking at have a different format:

POST SECONDARY EDUCATION
- This means University onwards, wherever it took place. For example, 3 years at university doing degree, 1 year part-time at university doing professional diploma. (On my form, they wanted to know total years education, then a list of the place I'd studied and what I'd studied there and when)
- I did not include short courses like my First Aid Training - it's just not relevant. The shortest course I included was one month full-time and that gave me my english teaching qualification.

YEARS OF FORMAL APPRENTICESHIP/TRAINING
- Not the same as education. Education is class room based, apprenticeship/training is on the job. If you're a plumber and have spent 2 years as an apprentice, you'd put 2 years in this box. If you've never been trained like this, you put 0 in this box.

Hope that helps!
