You have to contact the University of Toronto admission office for your admission. You can go through their website and check admission procedure for your desired program of study. Most of the universities in Canada accepts online application.
You can also contact the international office of University of Toronto for more information.

Once you have the acceptance letter from UOT, you have to apply for Visa. Application of student visa can be submitted at the Canadian High Commission/embassy within your country. Visit the embassy website of your country for more information on student visa application.
