Application for PR to New Delhi - reg. sending passport

Thanks for your reply. To solve this problem (of passport being with CHC for a long time, disabling my travel on TRV to Canada) can I:

1. Request CHC to let me retain passport till the very end of processing (when they send PP request). OR
2. Request the CHC to return the passport after their initial checking to let me travel. I can it return to them when they finally need it again for stamping.

2. You do not have any communication with them and the only communication you will have is a PPR.
 
You can not even start a conversation with them unless they decide to, and there is no point posting this is an open thread. CHC ND does not treat you like the Buffalo Office.
You should post in the ND thread and ask other ppl abt ND and their experiences trying to contact them.
