Application for PR for wife in India

Hi All,

I am working in Montreal and am planning to apply for PR. My wife is in India till next year end. My question is when I apply for PR here in Quebec, should I send her part of forms with me or does she need to submit her part in India?

Second, do I need to get attestation from Commissioner of Oaths in all copies of documents? Apart from Work Permit, Passport, do I require for degree certificates, birth certificate, etc?

Hi Budha,

What category are you going to be applying for? Sponsorship (more likely) of FSW?

Irrespective, all the forms should be sent together ONE PACKAGE.

The 2nd question would require a little bit more elaboration from your side..esp regarding what docs you need. Yes, attestation is required.
