Just to clarify things as TFW ( LOW PILOT) is there any way that we can apply for PNP in our own? if the employer will not support us to provide necessary documents any other option or possibilities.

Dear all,
I just join in canadavisa.com and like to apply for PNP in Manitoba / Alberta.
But I don't have any job offer or Guarantee letter from my friends or family
Members. I have +15 years working experience in hospitality with noc # 6232 &
6435. Any human being offer me job or take guarantee and help me to get a PNP.
I am really thanks full to you about this matter.
