I am in Canada and my husband is in Morocco.  I received a letter today from Immigration Canada letting me know that my application for spousal sponsorship has been approved.  But this... what does it mean?

While the Application for Permanent Residence has been found to meet minimum requirements for completeness under the Immigration Act.....

Hello Habibti,

I believe that sentence is saying that you have sent them everything that they required on the document checklist. It is said like that "minimum requirements", because after it is sent to the VO, they might ask you for more information then what was initially required.
