Do I need to pay for "Right of Permanent Residence Fee" for my PR

and "Sponsorship application (per application)" , "Principal applicant"

if so, then crap....

that's $1040.00 ......shoot, I'm going have to work nights too...

And I'll be sending this to Buffalo for outland applications right?

1) You're correct about the fees: $75 + $475 + $490 = $1,040.

2) You CAN pay the $490 later, but it's advised not to since that will cause delays in your processing.

3) Nope, you won't be sending any of the payment to Buffalo. Your entire application will be sent to Mississauga first, so that they can process the sponsorship portion. THEY are the ones who will process your payment and let Buffalo know you'd paid. So, if you pay online, choose Mississauga as the visa office. And whether you pay that way or at a financial institution, you send the receipt along with your entire application to Mississauga.

You don't have to pay it up fron but I would if you can afford it.  It will decease the processing time because they won't have to request it of you.

Delaying the payment can add 1-2 months to the processing time.
