I AM GOING TO APPLY UNDER FEDERAL SKILL CATEGORY. APPLICATION FEE IS $550. ONE AGENT TOLD NE, YOU CAN PAY THE FEE ON LATER STAGE WHEN YOU GET FILE NUMBER OR WHEN YOU GET 120 DAY "DOCUMENT SEND".

IS IT TRUE THAT WE CAN PAY THE FEE ON LATER STAGE, AFTER 2 MONTH OF APPLYING.

No Application fee sould be send while sending your initials papers to Sydney...

Received at Sydney on 2nd July'09
Draft encashed on 6th August'09
Email Received: 18th Sep
Need to submit my documents upto: 18th January

Hmmmm, I think you should pay the fee at the initial stage of your application. I'm not sure how it works with the representatives but from the CIC site it clearly mentions that you must provide proof of payment.

Dear,

Demand Drafit of CAD 550, avoring "Reciever General For Canada" is Must at the time of sending initial application to CIO. So do not confuse yourself.
