I would like to clarify one point. Supposing for the NOC Code I applied
the cap is reached already, will my application be considered for next
year or Should I apply fresh again? Any advice is appreciated

Yes, it will be returned and if the NOC is still on the list, you can apply for the next fiscal year.

Thanks. The next fiscal year starts from January 1st? or April to March?

Yes, next fiscal year would start on July 1, 2012. But, lets hope that you made it through the CAP this year. Good Luck to you and the rest of us Smiley

Is there any link which provides the most updated caps for all NOC Codes.
The one in the EG7 guide is a month older.
