application cap for NOC 3112 reached 467.Is it late now to send to the application. Wud CIO have already received applications to complete the NOC.

I belive the cap for 3112 has already filled up by this time, u can wait till next july meanwhile just prepare ur documents to be all perfect rechecking again and again and can be the first to be send on july 2012.

any chances tht this NOC will be dropped next year or any major changes expected next year.

i plan not to send my app now as it is unlikely to meet , so wanna avoid the transit risk of the documents going n coming back.will apply next year if the noc is still there.
