This is of interest to me as we did not pay the Landing fees up front.  We sent in everything else, but they didn't say it had to be paid at time of application.  So, we didn't.  Good luck, and as for us all in the waiting boat...come on CIC! Cool

hello cladiake, you are in the same situation as my wife. i think i am well placed to answer your question. my wife is international like you but we are in quebec. we have done inland app and send them to vigreville, alberta,...that's where all app are sent for inland. do everything from filling app to medical to police cert in your home country and canada as well and send them together with photos and proofs. we send out our app in june 2011 and they sent us a letter to do quebec in october 2011. it seems  like everyting is going fine so far.

Thank you very much qw123, good to know that there are similar cases. And Good luck to you! I hope your wife ll receive her PR soon!

Sending my proof of payment tomorrow morning!  I'll be sending it to:

CPC Mississauga
P.O. Box 6100, Station A
 Mississauga, ON
L5A 4H4

Should I also send it to the address on the letter itself?
Which is:

Immigration Section
3000 HSBC Center,
Buffalo, NY 14203

And I'll fax it to the same number listed with the Buffalo address.  Is there a way to know who my specific VO is?

Another quick question... will the passport request come next?  Or will I just receive word and be able to enter Canada and have my passport stamped then?

Congrats! That was a quick time to be approved, hoping I will be as lucky as you when I apply in March.

Maybe I spoke too soon... Lips sealed re-reading the letter, I think it's just requesting the RPRF(which I paid promptly upon getting the letter).  It doesn't say I have been approved, but I guess when I read that no interview would be required I jumped to that conclusion.

I'm still planning to go to Canada in mid December, I'm planning to ask for a 3 or 6 month visa and tell them I'm waiting on my passport request and want to wait with my wife in Toronto.  I think that's allowed, right?  Can I send them my passport from within Canada?
