I am starting this new thread to get Opinions & Affects on Application Process for applicants who have Sizable experience from a Reputed Company in their particular NOC but their qualifications differ.

I am one such applicant who is not an Engineering Graduate but 12 years of Experience in my NOC 0213 (Data Center Manager) from a Reputed Company.

Need to analyse data of applicants with Genuine experience of a particular NOC who had been rejected by CHC/VO due to qualification Mis-match with NOC. Also such candidates who had been granted visa or their files are being processed inspite of this mis-match.

Need to understand how grim are my changes to get through.

I don't remember seeing any clause where profession and degree need to be in unison. Also, there were several instances on this forum, where people have changed their profession and re-applied in a different category, while the degree remain unchanged.

So I think you need not worry.

Seniors can confirm this. Smiley
