Application sent to Visa Office : - March 1 ,2009
AOR and Medicals Requested   :-  May 15,2009
Medicals done and Sent         :-  May 27,2009
File Transferred to LA            :-  May 27,2009
Medicals recvd by Ottawa      : - June 2,2009
State PCC 'sent to LA            : - June 21,2009

AOR/Medicals request recieved on march 22
Medicals done on march 24th
Medicals recieved and entered by IMS Ottawa on april 23.
 File was transfered to the LA consulate
on- april 29th

If your file has been transferred to LA then all further correspondence will come from LA.
