aoa i have received PA and medical request and i want to start preprapration for mccee but i have no idea regarding pattren of exam,no of steps? and which books to study plz reply me as soon as possible.

Hi doct I m from Pakistan annd sent full application on 2.11.09. My noc is 3111. Ihv registererd myself with pcrc and planning to to appear in mccee. These days I m preparing for exam . Doc

i planning to do usmle 1st, inshaAllah will appear in May'2010...

I am a Radiologist and applied under Medical Radiation technology.I have heard about fellowships in McMasters univeristy which dont need mceee i am told.Is ist true .Is it a good reutable insitute.Is it possible to get jobs after completing one year fellowship at McMasters in health sciences.
? Any advice on that

about Exams u can search on net, 1st u have to pass MCCEE, registration is a bit confusing but i m sure u will do it
i cant guide u cuz i m not planning for MCCEE but i thik doc28 done his requirment

I have applied on one year house job training experience. i wrote down all job descriptions on form which are not written on my experience letter.

please guide me do they will accept my one year house job training experience......?

Secondly how I can write down the main duties on my experience letter. I have requested to hospital where I got house job training but they dont understand and not willing to give me full job duties experience letter please guide me what i can do.......?

congrats dr fraz!
first get ur self registered with pcrc. go to their website pcrc.org and then if u have any prob ill guide u. im still undergoing the process of registration. after it is over then u can apply for mccee. for study material there r different views. some study kaplan notes n others toronto notes. right now im studyin kaplan notes. i think ive to do ethics n some part frm toronto notes also.

WHERE R U?ARE YOU FROM MIDDLE EAST?NEED TO KNOW :
1)How many months bank statement for proof of funds?Is 2-3 months statement enough? for how many months we need to keep the money in bank account.SHOULD WE SHOW MONEY ON LANDING AS A PROOF OF FUNDS?
2)WHAT IS YOUR VISA OFFICE?LONDON?
3)ARE  NOTARIZED DOCUMENTS ENOUGH?

1)i think 2-3 months statement is enough. its better n safe to keep funds till landing
2)my visa off is new delhi
3) in my opinion notarised documents r enough. i ve applied thru consultant n sent only notarised docs.
