Applicant's status

Searching for applicants' status ,for my case it shows;
1.Your application was received from CIC(Sydney).....
2.We received your medical ..
3.We sent you a letter on....

Anyone can explain this to me.I haven't done any medical till know.Is this a mistake or where can I look for more information about my case.

REELLAAXX...its another case of Ecas error...just be patient and enjoy your life fully...it is a common sight now a days, more and more applicants are facing this problem...if you had not done with your medicals then you could also assume that its a sure-shot case of typing mistake...Don't worry be happy !!

I have received an e mail from CIO 2 weeks after that date.
After that I haven't got any news.
What is Your opinion?

It's an standard e-mail from CIO..
It has a Immigration Code which starts with B......,and says;
Based on a review of the information you provided,your application is being recomanded to the visa office for a final determination eligible...
You are therefore allowed to submit a complete application to the visa office....

Know by checking my applicant's status at visa office, i found that above information for my case.
So,I'm not sure about the stage of my application,on the meantime do I have to get any information(2-nd AOR) from visa office?
