There are many who applied through Dubai. Just go to search and type Dubai or Uae.

We applied from Dubai.
Sent FSW in February 2009.
Received AOR 23rd July 2009.
Received File no. (which we cannot log to e-CAS with this initial number)
Full docs sent 15th Oct 2009
Till date no news whether agent has sent to London office the full docs.

Please give your comments. Can we check status with initial File Number received from Nova Scotia office?

Hi,

What matters is the visa office, which in your case is London.Cases more or less close to your apllication dates hv reached the last stages, based on info from this forum. Some hv done their medicals and some hv got the PPR request.IF you take my case i started the process in mar'09 and i hv sent my medicals last month and waiting for the PPR request.
I think the NOC category plays a part if you hv filed under FSW.What are your NOC categories.Mine is 0111/1111.
Pls keep up the spirit ,maybe your medicals are on the way.I heard there is postal delay also.

Thanks

We only received AOR in July 09.
Sent full docs by October 15, 09.
Still waiting to hear from London CIC office.
Do we get a different File Number from London office.
When can we start checking E-Cas?

Yes, u will get a different file no. from london office, based on which u can check the ecas status.Even with the existing No. from Nova scotia u can check the status.
