Dear babbumann.

I have completed my medical only .I had not submitted my landing fees and PP because of PCC.No further appointment available in Passport office.My work will be completed next week.

oh sorry, I thought you have done everything in a single shot....but I have a king suggestion to you all that
don't send the docs to cic in installment...one single click will always do for fast and smooth processing!!

Important part of Minister Kenney speech on 17th April 2012
Today, Minister Kenney announced two additional changes that will help transform Canada's immigration system. One proposed change would help CIC ensure FSW applicants meet current labour market needs. It would allow new rules set out in Ministerial Instructions to apply to people who have already submitted an application. For example, instructions could place a priority on a specific occupation, such as doctors, and have existing applications from doctors processed first, regardless of where they are in the queue.

A similar change would allow new regulations, once approved, to apply retrospectively to people who have already submitted an application. These changes would help ensure that immigrants are chosen based on Canada's current needs and priorities.

dear members  you have not posted comments on this post, it means you are not familiar the side effects of these to proposed changes.
1- thousands of applications which already submitted will be returned
2- most of LVO applicants will be effected because most of NDVO applicants have got the visas.

Hi Engineer,

this is a proposal and bcoz are living in UK, you may an idea that how long it can take to act upon this proposal.
I think it would be in action by next year or end of this year....(another immigration issue)........at that time most
of us would be landed to Canada...(flash...lol, we can hope, there is no harm)


Secondly, if your occupation would be in 2012 list, then don't worry...they won't return you file coz there is no
point to return it back to you and start processing for new applicant...so be brave and hope for the best!!


there is noting we can do, its all upto CIC that what they want... they are still batter then others!!!
(especially from your UKBA, a very discriminated organisation)

Hopefully, we will be through by the time that new rule gets approved and implemented.

New rules would probably come in effect after July reset.

The trend with CIC is not to make abrupt changes as seen with Australian Immigration. Nothing they have said and done wasn't unanticipated.

No AOR till nw.....wonder how long will I need to wait seeing abhay175 and syrust ......they recd PER on 7Mar and 12 Mar respectively and till nw no AOR fr them....hope I get my AOR soon
