i have question i didn't get per from cic they recieved my file on 23 march 2012 and they debited fee on 28/3/2012 but  i was not recieved my file no. till june then we send mail to cic then they reply me we already transferedyour file on 4/4/2012 then in june ndvo sent my file no. could you please tell me what's next

This is a bit puzzling for me.......this is a very unique case.....CIC won't transfer ur file without providing a PER

Did u apply through a consultant then ur consultant would have recd PER........Since CIC said ur file is transferred to NDVO, u can expect MR in the next few months

As far as I understand & believe there is not even 10% of applicants in canadavisa . com and we are not able to get complete picture of VOs. Rest I am hoping that there are many other people who are hearing from NDVO.

Even I am a bit concerned if NDVO has changed their processing pattern as previously people were getting MR in few days after getting start processing line but now its taking too long... Don't know what are they doing???

One more thing as in the last quarter in which we fall; CIO got a heavy volume of applications so as NDVO got many applications so might be they are also working on MI3...

Hi Guys.........This is just what I feel after seeing cases on this forum itself.

I think most of the VOs including NDVO are either looking at MI1 applications(issuing MRs) or are in the process of finalizing MI3 applications(who have already done their MR and submitted PP).

I guess we MI3 applicants need to wait a bit longer for now maybe 2-3 months.......I hope VOs prove me wrong(infact I would be happy if I'm wrong).
