Think: How CIC will refusal a MI-3 applicant because of job duties mismatch??Out of 500 MI-3 applicant (Different Noc) they can't afford to do so...they need skilled workers to run their country/economy because of that skilled immigration was started

I hope that make some sense...May be i'm wrong, members please leave feedback

Agreed!
But IO and VO will reject the case on base of document forwarded while they carry BC and SC,

thanks a lots for your kind wishes toothfairy!!

I'm agreed with your Canadian Consultant, Local visa office have full right to reject anyone's case, but he should have a solid/logical reason to do so....!! I'm disappointed for LVO applicants, don't take me wrong but there is a reason of mass rejection from LVO.
The majority of LVO applicants are temporary immigrants from Asia,Africa and other continent, the number of Britisher applying for the same is very few..(this is a fact) Also, UK don't want temp immigrant to leave their country coz they are making money out of them and secondly a British visa officer would never bother (typical Britisher) to collect info back form Asia,Africa and other continent, though it is very hard too.... I'm in India and VO can contact my college/uni/employer easily or if they won't response NDVO have an idea about the culture and they can find out alternative to get info...coz they are local.....I hope this make some scene

This is my personal opinion and that is what I have observed while I was in UK for 7 years !!

Thanks Babbu for your reply, yes my friend you are totally right....unfortunately, middle east and Asian countries are very hard and almost impossible in terms of documents verification ...that's why you notice LVO IOs are very strict....anyway thank you again for sharing your opinion and wish u all the best,

Dear,
In my opinion CIC gives the PER as per the old NOC 2006 which have been updated in 2011 with some minor changes...So might be the cases and other thing which has creep up in this thing is some duties to be match in NOC list you have applied..So sometime CIC gives PER when only 2-3 duties are match whereas VO issues rejection for not matching atleast around 4-6 or more then 50% duties in noc mention..that might be the case...
Yes a IO or VO has always got right to reject the cases if IO or VO finds the doubt in document presented within the application...Cause IO or VO carried BC checks on documents, NDVO gives chance to clear the doubt by asking addtional document like Updated POF, orginal marksheets, Pay slips etc but in case of Other vo it has been straight knock out..
warm regards,
Thanks Spartan for sharing your thoughts.....I think as Babbu mentioned in his reply to me it's hard for them to verify documents from many countries in the third world that's why they reject directly without going into hectic and endless verification process....wish you and all other friends a smooth and fast process,
Best Regards,

True

that is the reason the rejection of MI3 is almost less than 2% in NDVO...

I wish all the very best to everyone...

Operational Bulletin 423 - May 24, 2012

My Personal Views: This would be beneficial for MI1,MI2 applicants. From what I understand, it means that if we have undergone medicals in the last 15 months, we can email RMO at the below mentioned emails for new medical certificate issuance which would be valid again for 12 months Smiley

Reassessment of a medical file for the issuance of a new medical certificate
Summary

Not a single comment on this post.........Do you guys already know this OP.  Shocked

@ rawlinbro   90 day rule to reappear for IELTS does not exist anymore.......you can give it n number of times.

Good Morning Friends,
Hope every one is OK and many congrats to everyone who got his second line or Mr recently.
Special congrats to Babbu for his long awaited second line and wish him a smooth process and MR to knock his door very soon.
I would like to share one concern with you guys (Babbu, Rawlin, Jaggy, Spartan and others).
As we understood in this forum that MI3 applicants once they get PER from CIC in Sydney, Nova Scotia the Visa Officer is not allowed to reject the application any more and if he/she has any doubt, he/she would ask for additional documents or call for an interview. but as I noticed in LVO thread, its NOT the case, as three of applicants got decision made on their Ecas status after the second line! which was terrifying and shocking for me and many other applicants who thought they are safe.
P.S. I've contacted my Canadian consultant about this and he told me that nothing actually has changed in the process and PER is actually just a change in the naming and has nothing to do with the right of local visa officer to determine applicant's eligibility! as he still hold this right!!.
Please share your thoughts
Best Wishes,

Completely wrong..........ask ur consultant to go on CIC website and read the operational bulletins published.

I published a part of it earlier itself.......MI3 applicants will always be given a chance for procedural fairness

Dear I have nothing against you.......but ask ur consultant to get his facts right

Also please share the 3 applicants name from LVO or the link to that post.

I never said that IO does not have a right to reject MI3 applicants, but wherein the final determination of eligibility was made at missions for MI1.

For MI2 and 3, the final determination of eligibility is made at CIO and not at missions anymore. This is not my own words, but the one mentioned in OP Smiley
