He is right, that rule has been changes ages ago...U can attempt IELTS as many time u want and u can provide your best result out of your X attempt to CIC or any organisation...earlier that was a rule when only your recent result use to be valid which overlap the previous result...!! I have done research on it when I was in UK.

Are you sure... ??

As that's what I know.. But I am sorry if I am wrong... I would request you to call either IDP or British Council to confirm once...

I will call them tomorrow & cross it check as well...

Oh yaar babbu

Question is

Do we have to wait for sometime to reappear or not ?

and you are right in below info... Any one can resubmit the new score to CIC..

Its nice to have a straight answer,
But i will not be sharing my Info cause my dear friends will land first....and help me out..that might not be reason the reason i am not adding dear friend in my FB is because few peoples in my friend and employment circle have got no idea of my process i will inform them when i get through ( I know Babbu, Rawlin and jaggy will not write on my wall but i fear about other people whom we will add in future..)....So mate dont take it otherwise it was just a gesture from my side...Hope you understand...
Thank you for the compliment Rawlin ...

Good Morning Friends,
Hope every one is OK and many congrats to everyone who got his second line or Mr recently.
Special congrats to Babbu for his long awaited second line and wish him a smooth process and MR to knock his door very soon.
I would like to share one concern with you guys (Babbu, Rawlin, Jaggy, Spartan and others).
As we understood in this forum that MI3 applicants once they get PER from CIC in Sydney, Nova Scotia the Visa Officer is not allowed to reject the application any more and if he/she has any doubt, he/she would ask for additional documents or call for an interview. but as I noticed in LVO thread, its NOT the case, as three of applicants got decision made on their Ecas status after the second line! which was terrifying and shocking for me and many other applicants who thought they are safe.
P.S. I've contacted my Canadian consultant about this and he told me that nothing actually has changed in the process and PER is actually just a change in the naming and has nothing to do with the right of local visa officer to determine applicant's eligibility! as he still hold this right!!.
Please share your thoughts
Best Wishes,

thanks a lots for your kind wishes toothfairy!!

I'm agreed with your Canadian Consultant, Local visa office have full right to reject anyone's case, but he should have a solid/logical reason to do so....!! I'm disappointed for LVO applicants, don't take me wrong but there is a reason of mass rejection from LVO.
The majority of LVO applicants are temporary immigrants from Asia,Africa and other continent, the number of Britisher applying for the same is very few..(this is a fact) Also, UK don't want temp immigrant to leave their country coz they are making money out of them and secondly a British visa officer would never bother (typical Britisher) to collect info back form Asia,Africa and other continent, though it is very hard too.... I'm in India and VO can contact my college/uni/employer easily or if they won't response NDVO have an idea about the culture and they can find out alternative to get info...coz they are local.....I hope this make some scene

This is my personal opinion and that is what I have observed while I was in UK for 7 years !!

Best Wishes,

do not share your private info online man..........

if you are doing so, do not mess up with anyone here in this forum...

it takes just few minutes to destroy your reputation online....

for example a guy is sharing his facebook id here.. I don't like that guy... I am supposed to be a internet freak, know how to dominate google.. goes to few couple bunches of sites and post the following::: ALSO GRAB HIS PIC FROM FACEBOOK...

"name surname thief" and added fake description
"name surname criminal" and added fake description
and more on several websites..

after some day when someone do a google search all the websites with the negative ratings are coming up....

AND TRUST ME WHEN I KNOW WHO YOU ARE....ITS VERY EASY....

AND THE WORST PART IS: THOSE WEBSITES ARE PERMANENT ...

BAD IDEA.

Dear,
In my opinion CIC gives the PER as per the old NOC 2006 which have been updated in 2011 with some minor changes...So might be the cases and other thing which has creep up in this thing is some duties to be match in NOC list you have applied..So sometime CIC gives PER when only 2-3 duties are match whereas VO issues rejection for not matching atleast around 4-6 or more then 50% duties in noc mention..that might be the case...
Yes a IO or VO has always got right to reject the cases if IO or VO finds the doubt in document presented within the application...Cause IO or VO carried BC checks on documents, NDVO gives chance to clear the doubt by asking addtional document like Updated POF, orginal marksheets, Pay slips etc but in case of Other vo it has been straight knock out..
warm regards,
