Well!! there is a little funny story for you!! We have a applicant name Boski on our other thread, One day a member had a query if address appeared on ecas is good sign or not..? Boski replied " there is nothing excited, it is normal" A couple of days later Boski's own address got updated and boski was over the moon and was very happy coz it was belong to him/her.....
Now come to the point..If your ecas is updated to stared processing on dd/mm/yyyy, for me that is a very good sign for MI-3 applicant, somehow many ppl won't be agreed but this is true and proven on many threads and 99% MI-3 applicants are getting their MR after case gets update to stared processing!!
Sorry boski I used ur name, I know you are angry with me when I told u the same mentioned above but We shouldn't live with two faces

Dua'o Mei yaad rakha..I wish u all best of luck for smooth and quick processing!!

Rabb Rakha (ਰੱਬ ਰਾਖਾ)

babbu mere dost, yaara apne dil ki ranjish apne naal rakh.
Boski never said s/he was unhappy with your AOR. You bad-mouthed her/him, when Boski was enthusiastic.
Chillax, mere dost.

Dear Prince

Actually immigration system put fast track from MI1 but unfortunately they were not able to complete the task with in the deadline; same happened with MI2 so they got a big waiting period & BF'd date.

Now in MI3 CIO came into picture & took many rights from Visa Offices so that they can process the applications a bit faster. That's the reason; we all say & found that MI3 are getting their DM with in the time frame.

I hope I am clear but if you have any more questions then please feel free to ask..

Take care bro...

Rawlin

helo friens,

as per my understanding its shud happen like m.i 1 nd 2 to be put on hold nd let m.i 3 go 1st.

If it means so than certainly its nt happening.

If it means smthin else pls share.

Pls don't take it otherwise coz i m realy happy wid movin of m.i 1 too coz they had more patience than us.

Just a casual post to carry discussions.

Rawlin bro has already explained well enough to you......just would like to add a line or two on this

rawlin bro just wanted to clarify that CIO came into picture with MI2 and not MI3

@ princeroi22: They will continuing processing MI3 at priority, but side by side they will even continue the processing of MI2 and 1.

In layman language: If something in your life is at priority, does it mean you ignore other small aspects of your life. They go and hand in hand, just your priorities are tilted more in one direction.

I hope u get my point dear!

Hi Babbu/Jaggy,
I see that after your application is assessed it is possible to still be admitted FSW even if you are deemed to have insufficient points (67), if you can prove that you are able to establish yurself and family in canada.  Do you know anyone that has been admitted that way?

It is possible & says you can still submit fsw application if your points are 67 or less
It's a situational case where your job experience or background or financial status can be evaluated

we can look at the date which it was updated 2010/06/26
after that nothing was updated ....
If we go back in time we will find out that the global cap was around 20,000 and per cap was 1000 which was reduced to 50%. In that time sometime for some occupational group the whole cap and global cap does not reach so i think for only for those occupation where the cap is not reached might be process if you provide the evidence of experience via which one can be useful to the economy might be in process..in my opinion ...But now a days the global cap reaching within 10 months i think they will not reconsider cause when you have option to choose i think they will choose those who have pass mark...
Warm regards,
