As many of says that VO are doing BC after sending the AOR. what do you say as

Many of applicants got MR with in 20 days after getting the AOR.

I think in India its hard to get BC as many educational institutes dont have computerised records (Specially before 2006-07) when there were not many computers & computerised data.

20-30 days aren't enough for BC for a family or applicant.. As I checked the sheet & found that for MI3 VO are sending the MR directly if they find all the docs in order. 

Of-course when they open the file. So I think our files in a dark room  & may GOD put some light on them by next week so that we can get MRs...

What do you say guys

There are many sites which provide a verification report on ur education, address, employment, criminal and security at a nominal charge at a press of a mouse button....check this link for urself:

I saw a case where IO from NDVO provided a printout from a website called 190.com as proof to the applicant.

It means they use similar kind of verification pattern......it can only be my guess.......hence, this process has now quickened and applicants gettin MR in 20 days from AOR

he is right, same thing happen to klmy when his file got rejected, his UCI code was same when he re-applied.
You need to write CSE to NDVO and highlight the issue!! and don't forget to complaint against him coz he is demanding for money for nothing

The thing is when I got
My file back. My UCI no was written with pencil on forms and now the same no. I got on my AOR. Now after asking
My agent how come he got my MR. He said that once they generate UCI no ur file remain info remains there as it is.

if put myself in your shoes...I will not consider even a second thought to send POF (fd/saving a/c details as per cic norm), I do remember that u have also renewed your PP and that isn't updated either, so send it along with POF, a covering letter and a copy of e-mail replied by CHC NDVO.... I can understand your feeling about delaying the process(which is a guess) but updating these details will not delay the process IMHO (POF and Passport Verification will be the part of normal BC and SC as I think they haven't started your checks) If they will request additional docs later on,that will be verified after submission of docs....it can delay the process.
I have shared my experience and feeling...Now u have to choose what u want to do..!! best of luck

I do remember that but still I am not very sure to contact VO as that's not they mentioned in their list... If they need updated POF then they will surely ask me...

That's what couple of lawyers & Qorax suggested.

Some of them also suggested that might be my dad's affidavit will work & if that won't even then i will be entitled to get 50% of the benefit of all the deposits.
