Friends,

some good news and some not-so-good news...

First the good news....My lawyer called me today and said that they have received communication from NDVO today issuing me MR/PCC/RPRF/PPR...

Now, the not-so-good-news....The letter from NDVO was dated 25th April 2012 (Yes , its APRIL, i verified the scanned copy from my lawyer a zillion times) and they sent the entire package by postal mail since I am in Canada. Not sure why it took soooooooo long for it to even get here..... The deadline to submit all the requested documents is 9th June 2012 (coming saturday)....My lawyer is going to contact NDVO requesting an extension to submit the documents since I will never be able to submit all the documents including medical results within 2 days...

Plan is to submit PCC as soon as possible, get DMP appointment asap so that I can get the medicals done and DMP can send it to NDVO as soon as possible and then hopefully by that time NDVO responds letting me know how much of an extension they can give me so that I can then plan to fly to India to submit passports...

Phew...My ecas had changed from A to B on 29th April i think...and they had already issued MR on 25th but somehow either the letter was shuffled between departments in NDVO or then postal mail from India took reallllly long. Wonder why they send MR by postal mail if its overseas....I guess all the folks who have got MR from NDVO have got it through email...

  @   Sairam, congrats on ur MR/RPRP/PPR....read that you are in Toronto as well, did you receive everything by postal mail too?

Friends, I hope you all get the PER/AOR/MR/DM that you all are waiting for soon as well....

Hopefully NDVO grants me an extension to be able to submit everything...

If u have family in India, they can get a DD from any bank !! I believe u may have to come to India to submit your PP, its better to sort that out while u are in India!! RU planning for your medical in India or Canada?

Congrats for your medical,
Looks like NDVO has given you only 45 days,
So mate generally the post send by NDVO comes through snail mail...i think they will reconsider it because the mail was received on 2 days prior to deadline ...but as per my knowledge they forward the mail to the representative if their is delay via Representative while checking the Package...But no worries as i have been reading reply you have a envelop for proof for late receiving the package...so do as per the senior member Rawlin , Jaggy and Babbu Pahaji,

gud mrng guys,

i was reading smwhere that M.I 3  applicants are on top priority. Even more than M.I. 1 & 2 so m.i 3 applicants will be given visa 1st.

One more thing as per m.i 3 MR is the last hurdle for copr. Even the security checks are done b'fore it.

So i guess MR fo people with travel history is bit delayed.

Once security check is done, they issue  MR'S ND PPR'S

Getting per means you meet the point requirement bu CIC, no worries get your finger crossed,
now if Vo has a querry they will ask for updated documents only, no worries,

yes you need a SIN for working legally and that you can get from any service canada Center the same day you take your passport and other docs of PR and they will issue you a SIN in 10 min on paper and card comes in a few weeks at ur mailing addy

If you have worked for a company, and worked for a while...I hope everyone should be familiar with u, CIC usually contact on the number given on letterhead and try to speak to signatory person if possible...or anyone who answer the call etc!! If you are geniune then don't worry

everything here is fast as all the work in online

FYI

drivers licence also u get same day on paper after a simple written test and card is mailed out

if u have over 2 years of driving experience get a letter from ur local RTO with UR pic on it and stamped so u don't have to wait for G FULL licence

Generally in my opinion they will see the format of the letter if the mix of words looks to be copy and paste from JD  of NOC they will do a more rapid BC ...First of all they will click the website of the company to find about the dignitaries of the company and they will see the person who signed matches with it or not...If they don't find the adequate info regarding the company from website then they will contact the organization,...
