Hi guys, I am from Pune (India). My application for PR-FSW was received by CIO on 8th Sept 2011. Further it was cleared OK by CIO and send to CHC new delhi. Then I received UCI & Application No on 12 Jan 2012. Then I given my updation (i got married in Feb 2012), even I applied my spouse's Visa on 22 March 2012. From the day I received Application No till date the status is IN PROCESS. When shall i expect medical notification for both of us??

If your file got the B'FD of 90 days then you should be hearing by the end of this month...

Send them a Case Specific enquiry counting 6 months from 12 jan......Means if you don't get a reply by 12 July.......U need to contact them |

The only problem being ....we don't know if the visa officer has set a BF'D(bring forward date) of 90 days or more. But contact them exactly 6 months from the date of ur AOR |

@ Ketan Punde BF'D is bring forward date......its a date on which ur file is looked by the visa officer, either to review or further process ur PR appln.

Thanks all for info to calm the anxiety!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lets c , btw anybody applied through Y Axis for Canada PR FSW?? CHC ND would never send u a acknowledgment that they recd it........ I guess u applied thru y axis......but accordin to me , they know nothin abt Canadian PR process.....they just charge u a bomb for it The whole appln can be prepared by you with the help of cic website and this forum....Y-axis must have charged u approx 60k for just fillin the appn forms @ Ketan Punde BF'D is bring forward date......its a date on which ur file is looked by the visa officer, either to review or further process ur PR appln.

All the information provided by our brother Jaggy is right. As Jaggy said its B'FD as per other forums if you add some other applicants then you get almost 90 days B'FD so even though you are very close to hear from CHC.
But one more thing as you have mentioned that Y-Axis is managing your case so all the correspondence will be done by Y-Axis either you need to cancel that first if you want to do it by your own otherwise ask them to get write to NDVO.
