agreed..but what i read from this forum is they issue NER to MI1 applicants as they were supposed to submit file in their country of origin and not to CIO,NS....rest its upto them..
Yes you are right regarding MI 1 applicants it the situation either they get through or either they grt rejection and also seens few cases of no mans land for them,,really praying for those guys under MI 1 to get positive result cause they have waited for long, Warm Regards, |

Hi Members..I'm a very new member here and wants to share experience of new added baby into process for only MI-3 applicants.My timeline is, NOC 3215 and I've applied on 06/12/11, Got PER on 17/01/12 and AOR on 21/02/12..We were bless with a Son on 07/02/12.
I requested CHC NDVO to updated my family info with new born baby on 19/03/12 and our DD got cashed after a week..We are still waiting for Medical from New Delhi..How long it can take to get MR
Any MI-3 member have added a baby to "in process" case please share time line..I'll be heartily thankful to you for this

hello please tell what u ask ur bank so that they confirm that NDVO encashed ur draft. in my point of view:encashed draft means that money transfer in NDVO account? |

Most of the people get their MR state after that, I have seen/observe on another forums....!!!!
Where is Abhijit,Jaggy,Rawlin,klmy,dudegujrat and all other senior members of this forum
All Members and forum Senior must leave comments, why there is delay in Medical of all above members!!

babbu phaji, The wait is too boring a snake bite will not be in effect cause due to long wait our bady can take the viper poison hehe... the reason for delay - clearing MI 1 and MI 2 - SC and BC checks (They only change the status to reviewed when they are in final stage of BC and SC) - doing all the work (PP stamp procedure) for our valued forum member who have got MR and also some final SC and BC checks for additional documents are forwarded - issuing student visa - watching the promo of new movies  Warm regards, |

I hope you got the copy of your DD, take it to your bank and ask Manager if this DD has been cleared or not..?
everything is maintain electronically and he we get the info in 2 Second for you!!

I ws a bit busy frm few days.....hence visit the topic only twice a day. Frm wat I know.....seminole has travel history(don't know abt Sairam and abhay175). Frm the cases I have cme across.....I don't know wat kind of BC the visa office undertakes, but it takes some amount of time to complete. Only once they are satisfied they issue MR. Yup babbu bhai(I know u and some other members like spartan & rawlin) always appreciate the time I spend on postin sumthin useful ......but frm the last several informative posts I have hardly got any feedback.....so frm nw on won't waste my time and post sumthin that hardly any1 goes thru.......I know u, spartan and rawlin know the process well......if any1 asks for any help would definitely provide and also provide my comments on any doubt the forum members have.....but would not definitely waste my time in postin informative posts  |
