Friends,
Thanks for your sugessions.I searched in some other forums and found some who were in the same situation.They all sloved this problem either by going themselves to India or by sending the PP with friends or relatives who go to Canada.Luckly in my case one of my friends is going to India on 1st of June.So I am planning to send my PP with a notary attested authorisation letter with her..I think this works for me

I think those who send the passport from aboard have their address of their home country while applying .....but in your case NDVO has to send it in Canadian address dont know how NDVO will do it...first of all they gonna know that you have send pp by a friend cause your DMP is in Canada... Looks all mix up so tell the Vo your exact Situation they will help you out...or otherelse you might be in a problem...thats my opinion i already said my dear the choice is yours,

But the problem will arise when she goes to immigration cell later & then she dont have the exit port or entry port stamps on her passport.. Then immigration officer might detain her..
So there could be a huge problem at later stage...
& who knows that might be visa officer can send the passport to Canadian Embassy in Canada..
bro she has asked her friend to bring the passport to India from Canada.......and the same friend would get it back for her as well

Jaggy bro, Rose address in application is of Canada ...to return the PP NDVO will not return the pp to India it will send it to Canada ...so i think he can be caught but where as those who have Home address but have gone to aboard for work can do all of the things cause NDVO will send the PP back to home address... |
