First of all...Congratulation Rose,
You are a lucky applicant to get MR.. You have to come India for that, COZ you can't
send your passport by post to NDVO, coz u won't be able to travel, I would advice you
to come back and sort out medical asap.. get DD from any Indian bank and post it to CHC ND
I wish u all best of luck for smooth and quick processing!!

Rose has to fly to NDVO....
For applicant from Nepal we can send them via Courier our passport then they will send back our stamped passport to Canadian embassy in Nepal .....

to those of us waiting for MR:
The AOR file transfer email clearly mentions - you must contact NDVO if you do not hear 6 months from when your full application was received.
This means most of us have to contact NDVO sometime in June if we do not hear anything after AOR. I dont know if everyone received the same email but I share the common email with few others.
I think its time when your VO make a receipt of your application , i.e AOR date 10/03/012 in your case,

Well!! U can call to CIC Canada and ask them what to do...If u don't have visa, U may b class as a illegal immigrant
in Canada, which postal address u have mentioned in your application(India/Canada)? You can ask ur family/friend to get DD from
Indian bank and send it to CHC New Delhi bu courier, along with a covering letter (don't 4got to put your file number on the back side
of dd)

I choose NDVO because I heard that it is fast in processing that Buffalo..Can you please tell me to whom the DD should be payable??
congrats on receiving MR  and smart move choosing ndvo  out of curiosity are u fsw1 or fsw2 and what did ur e-cas show before meds thanks & good luck |

To me the visa office told to give Indian mailing adress..so will them my home adress
In the application which mailing address do you mention your Canadian/Indian address...
If its indian address then how do you get it in post in canda...generally they send emails only in few cases via post...

Also I would like to say that I am on legal status only because I have a valid work permit..the problem is I dont have a multiple entry visa..

its basically the current address in the application that receives the post but now its mostly email for per / aor / mr/ ppr etc.... but passports have to be delivered at indian addy by ndvo |

well Rose being a foreign worker mostly has a work permit u dont need a visa to leave canada and once ur passport gets stamped there is no problemo but if u wish to apply for canada visa BUFFALO office takes 7 days to issue a TRV till date of work permit if u have all doc in place |

Actualy my aplication is realy a mess.My work permit is going to expire on 21/06/2012.My employer applied for an LMO,but its not yet finalized so I give everything to the hands of Jesus who helped me to come to this stage... But we dont know how long it will take NDVO to give back the passport..and its hard for me to get leave now...In short I am stucked here |
