1)POF cannot include value of ur bro's home.......it has to be liquid assets like stocks or bonds, FDs or RDs and bank statements. Gold jewellery or any other stuff like that cannot be shown as POF.

2)Birth certificate is the most mandatory doc reqd to prove that u hve atleast one parent in common(proof of relationship).
I have seen cases where they have either rejected or asked for a birth certificate later during processin as additional docs.....I don't know if it takes time or not......but plz include it in ur bro's appln

3)DOB is even mentioned in the passport.......but they would need birth certificate any how.....rest is upto u

After getting IN Process with date you are 60% on the safe side.

After getting additional documents request you are 70% on the safe side.

After getting 6 to 12 month wait letter you are 70% on the safe side.

After getting medicals request you are 80% on the safe side.

After getting passport request you are 97% on the safe side.

After getting VISA you are 99% on the safe side.

After LANDING and complete all the requirements you are 100% on the safe side.

 @ takingchances     you have gt AOR today......but if you look inside the pdf file there is a different date.......can u let us know wat is the exact date inside......that would be ur file transfer date

 @ ladhar     This theory of being safe  is basically based on applying ur brains.

A VO will provide you a MR only if he is satisfied wid ur file(if you want to count it as 60% or 70%, then its ur choice). But the fact is that it means that ur file can nw be only rejected based on medicals and security. Nowadays in the case of dudegujarat, he was asked for updated POF after medicals which was a bit strange.......so u can never say that u r safe until a visa is stamped on ur PP.

There is also a scenario wherein u cn be deported frm the airport itself, if u don't show a proof of reqd POF.......so if u r countin it as 99% safe then don't take any money wid u and m sure that the IO would not allow u to complete the landing process.

My advice to u is don't waste ur energy behind these baseless theories.....just think that wid every +ve reply from visa office u r one step closer to ur dream

 @  jaggy Bhai.. thats what I said, keeping precaution is the way, I know there is problem in Toronto, but trust me weather and climate of canada is very clean, Canada's water is cleanest water in the world.

according to problem with sun, yes you have to be carefull in summer, just don't work outside for long hours and keep  your diet proper and healthy..
