I have mentioned in my above post that if thay find someone unfit in Medicals; Security threat to Canada & Less points (relative / job offer).. then someone get rejection...
Even though they will ask you for more evidence first they ant reject the file blindly... Applicable for MI3 as previously the files were deposited in VO but from July 2011 to speed up the process half of the major responsibilities went to CIO from CIC.

Bro; as far as I know

1. Funds needs to be in liquid form on your brother or any accompanying applicant...
2. BC is damn important & its very easy to get now a days if he born in India (not even a day)... Game of one Gandhi...

Dear Mr.engineer, I'm completely agreed with rawlin about funds issue
but if your brother doesn't have BC, then there is nothing to worry as he can get non availability certificate from local birth registrar and he can put a affidavit to confirm that he doesn't have BC and copy of DL,PP and certificate is more than enough to proof DOB.

1- for proof of funds can my brother  show the value  of his home, if he can show what he has to do for this.
2- is birth certificate necessary if his date of birth is mentioned on his id card, passport and metric certificate.

1. fund should be cash in any form fixed deposit etc.
2. If he give his ID card to NADRA, they will issue him a birth certificate. We did this for myself and husband and it was acceptable.

agree with rawlin,
even my agent told me that CIO SYDNEY is final authority than chc delhi.PER Is given by CIO and authentication of documents is done by CHC.........if anything is a fake documents or high threat to canadian security or medical problems then yes CHC will reject the case.

You are right babbu...
That is what happening & people are getting NER at initial stage & that is happening from July 2011 when centralized intake office took the responsibilities of many things & reduce the work load that is the reason 99% of the applicants are not receiving verification call as well..
I came to know his from two seniors; I talked to them over the phone and they told me the same.

Now:
CIO checked the Job duties
Gives you the point (VO verifies that & let you know if he needs any more docs to give you those points)
VO does the medicals, security checks & issues the VISA if everything is in Order ...

Have you heard anyone got rejection due to any other reason excepts adaptability point reduction & makes less than 67 e.g. KAURS case...

I hope that what I hear that is true & we all go through to get the VISA...

1. I will recommend you a bank certificate.....
for your property valuation you have to go to the Surveyors ( Adjustor's) so mate might be time consuming can be a hassle in BC .
2. Yep birth certificate its better...why do you take a chance...

I was told that adaptability (in terms of Relatives in Canada) is also done by CIC. They enter the SIN of relatives and it shows them the family tree etc.

I have no idea about the difference between MI3 applicant and other, as far as saki is concern, she got rejected after 2 years of her AOR. That's shocking and I have seen couple of more ppl got rejection on the base of job duties...
What I believe that if they are not satisfied with job duties of an applicant,they should reject the case at initial level in Canada, it will allow more applicant get in the cap and an applicant would come to know state way that isn't in coz of job duties!!

Dear Members,

There is a shocking news.... as of today, 1.00 CAD=53.8131 INR,

Those who have shown the funds on nail biting calculation, need to be bit alert as CIC can demand latest POF because exchange

rate has gone up....!!!!! I always advice applicant to show 125% of required POF if possible, for hassle free processing
