@ barack frm wat I see the IO is happy with ur appln.......they won't ask u fr medicals until they are sure...ur bckgrnd check is clear...Its just that for Masters(Transcripts are a must).....I guess u have nt provided that
the IO would have a checklist and would want to ascertain that all the docs are in place and hve been provided.....as per ur file, the IO must have not found the transcripts, hence he asked for it.
After medicals, all they would want is RPRF, PCC (not asked if provided earlier and is updated),PPR.
Don't be tense, u r well on ur way to Canada. Just provide originals along with transcripts and u would be f9.

nope don't pay the fees nw.......frm wat i know u need to provide transcripts in a university sealed envelope.....notarized photocopies won't do

See even NDVO knows the importance of originals.....even they though that tis is not the last time u will be needing it......but to be on the safer side , drop them a letter to return the originals back ok thanks |

I got friend he applied in 2010..he got pr last year...it was same with him...Vo asked him to submit orginls...for verification...but he got his originals back before his Decision was made....

This is a huble request to Ramu,shibu,mayankpt,ladhar25 and dudegujrat to confirm what was mentioned in your e-mail for MR....was it same as barcak got?to barack, In my opinion...You should go for medical, and pay the fees,and sent the fees draft along with your mark sheets and print out of MR e-mail, where all attachments would be including i.e medical,covering letter and fees.
Don't mess with your case, coz if they have requested for fee, pay it....otherwise they can disqualify you...which I don't want(even u don't want).if possible, remove your personal details and forward that e-mail to me on babbuu.mann @ gmail.com so that I can give you the appropriate suggestion after reading it...!! You are very much near to get PR...be careful and pay the fees(its not gonna harm), the worse is they will return you DD back....
