I don't know why you guys take it personally and started fight..

I surely remember one post regarding MR from one member.. That member got email on 1st April 2012 asking medical request.. He/she was asked the questions on the forum like " Does CIC making april fool joke? cuz today is 1st april and it's sunday and I got medical request..."

So, No one can say that Immigration office doesn't work on weekend. We all need each other. Every case is special itself. More data we have more analysis we can do.

We need babbu.mann and we need siddhardh as well.

batter to write a letter to CHC Delhi...................... don't waste your time and get a advice from good immigration agency because you
need to notify CHC about new baby asap. Delay can lead to problem

 @ serge the best thing out here is to not listen to anybody.......wen u get an AOR, there is a line in the email which mentions as

"If there is a change in your personal circumstances, such as the birth of a child, a marriage or
divorce, you have to let us know (see address, fax number and email address below).
You must also inform us of a:
1. Change of address, including change of e-mail address;
2. Change of immigration representative;
3. Request for withdrawal of your application."

Though I can see the address they haven't mentioned any fax no. 1st  write a letter to CHC new Delhi......tell them u want to add ur new born baby to the appln.....this is the only thing u need to do.....just sit and wait for a reply from their end.

I hope this clarifies......no need to make any bank draft of $150 and send it to ny1.........if u still not believe me then use ur brains.....u hve got any AOR nw, that means ur file is wid CHC NEW Delhi, so nw any draft u send cn be in Rs. also.

Remember in AOR it clearly mention the watever there wl b a change u need to contact at NDVO only.

& as per there instruction further step should b taken.

Hey Serge

I am fully agree with Jaggy & Smip. YOu need to add your new dependent by on-line application form & they will let you know.

There is an addition information column in which you need to put you DD number & other info. Rest you can upload the scaneed copy of DD, birth certificate of baby.
